On the Water
- 10:00 AM Depart Saint-Tropez Cocktails and bites aboard as we head down the coast
- 11:00 AM Morning Swim · Cap Taillat A protected stretch of coastline; thirty to forty-five minutes off the boat
- 2:30 PM Lunch at La Guérite The celebrated afternoon seating, off Île Sainte-Marguerite in the Lérins
- 6:40 PM Sunset Swim near the Islands A pause in the late light before the cruise home
- 8:45 PM Back to Port Apéro on the homeward leg, ashore before sundown
Sunday · May 31
Pampelonne to Le Café
- 9 AM – Noon Tennis at L'Épi A light breakfast, coffee, and refreshments served at the club throughout the morning
- Morning Spa at La Réserve, optional Appointments available throughout the morning for those who'd rather slow down
- 4:00 PM Beach Lunch at Loulou's The later seating on Pampelonne
- 10:30 PM Dinner at Le Café The celebration — dress up a little

Slow Day & Goodnight

- Daytime A Flexible Day Beach, town, shopping, or time at the hotel
- 7:30 PM Farewell dinner at Les Moulins de Ramatuelle Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres to begin, then a long table under the trees
