We're so looking forward to gathering in Saint-Tropez to celebrate with you.

We're envisioning a fun, connected weekend designed to feel easy and balanced — relaxed mornings, social afternoons, special dinners, and plenty of space in between for privacy, rest, or spontaneous time with friends. Below is what we've planned; as always, everything is optional, so please join us for as much or as little as feels best.

11:00 AM Morning Swim · Cap Taillat A protected stretch of coastline; thirty to forty-five minutes off the boat
2:30 PM Lunch at La Guérite The celebrated afternoon seating, off Île Sainte-Marguerite in the Lérins
6:40 PM Sunset Swim near the Islands A pause in the late light before the cruise home
8:45 PM Back to Port Apéro on the homeward leg, ashore before sundown

Sunday · May 31

Pampelonne to Le Café

9 AM – Noon Tennis at L'Épi Both clay courts are reserved, with two club pros, equipment, and courtside refreshments throughout. Expect a rolling group — two to four players per court at any time — with cars running between La Réserve and the club all morning so guests can come and go as they like. The club, sponsored by John McEnroe, observes an all-white attire dress code.

Where We're Staying

La Réserve Ramatuelle

A quiet hilltop, just outside town.

All thirty to forty of us will be at La Réserve for the long weekend — three villas, plus a handful of additional rooms across the property, already reserved. We'll coordinate accommodations with care, pairing friends and like-minded company so each pocket of the hotel feels like its own small gathering. We couldn't be more excited to have everyone in one place.

Getting Here & Home

No requirement either way — but if it's helpful, we're happy to have La Réserve coordinate your airport transfers to and from Saint-Tropez. Selecting "no" simply means you'll arrange your own. Selecting "yes" and sharing your flights below lets the hotel quietly monitor arrivals and departures and meet you at the airport. (Either way, please send anything we can do to make travel easier.)

A Few Notes

Transportation

For each group event, we'll arrange cars from La Réserve to the venue. Departures will leave the hotel thirty minutes before the published time — please plan to gather in the lobby a few minutes before. (For airport transfers, see the form above.)

Day Beds at La Réserve

Day beds are reserved in our name at La Réserve à la Plage throughout Friday (during arrivals) and Monday. Drop in any time — for a swim, a long lunch, or an afternoon of doing very little.

Untouched Hours

The in-between moments will look different for everyone — settling in, an afternoon by the villa pool, a wander into town, a nap, a quiet swim. A few stretches of the weekend are intentionally a little more open, and we'll share suggestions and a bit more structure as the dates approach for anyone who'd like it.
